The Sunday Run
The week's one fixture. The circle forms, the briefing runs two minutes, the warm-up runs five, and then the road takes over.

Run. Connect. Grow.
We run together, every Sunday morning. Community first, pace second.
Show up once and you’re one of us. Here’s where RUN 34 meets the road each week.

The week's one fixture. The circle forms, the briefing runs two minutes, the warm-up runs five, and then the road takes over.
Schoolkids, first-timers, parents and marathoners all line up on the same start. The fast runners loop back, and nobody is asked what their timing is before they're welcome.
No club house, no membership fee, no coaching fees, no qualifying time. A place, an hour, and whoever shows up.
One run is all it takes. Come as you are, leave part of the crew. No membership fee, no cost - put your name on the roster and get your own number.

No. There is no qualifying time and no trial. If you can walk out of the house at six in the morning, you can start on a Sunday.
Then you stop and walk. Nobody finishes alone - that is the one thing the club is strict about.
Nothing. No membership fee, no club house, no coaching fees. There has never been a charge to run with RUN 34.
The circle forms, the briefing runs about two minutes, the warm-up runs about five, and then the road takes over. Afterwards there is coffee, arguments about splits, and plans for the next one.
